NEW DELHI: The Haryana real estate regulatory authority (HARERA)-Gurugram bench has approved 35 projects in first four months of 2026. Out of total, 23 projects are residential.
Till date, 1,057 projects have been approved by the authority, of which 825 projects are residential.
HARERA has implemented some institutional reforms including scrutiny of information submitted by real estate promoters at the time of registration of the projects, introduction of mandatory project site inspections by domain experts, mandatory filing of the quarterly progress reports (QPR), and public consultation through the issuance of public notices a mandatory prerequisite for project registration.
The authority has also cleared all pending complaints filed up to 2024.
