NEW DELHI: About 208 projects have registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) between January and August 2025.
In 2024, about 259 projects were registered with the authority. Lucknow and Gautambuddha Nagar emerged as leading districts in terms of project registrations.
Sanjay Bhoosreddy, chairman, UP-RERA said, “UP-RERA is committed to protecting consumer interests and promoting trust and transparency in the real estate market. The increasing number of project registrations reflects the positive investor sentiment, forward-looking policies of the state government, and improved infrastructure in both metropolitan and tier-II cities of Uttar Pradesh.”
Enhanced monitoring by RERA has ensured timely completion of projects, accountability of promoters, and greater consumer confidence.
